Why Shakespeare?

THE ANSWER:

The image on the left is of WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE, famous playwright, poet, and actor from long ago (1564-1616).

The image on the right is of JENNIFER LOPEZ, famous singer, songwriter, and actress from the USA, who is alive and well and making lots of money.

What do they have in common? Well, they're both famous and they're both actors (although some might debate that fact re JLo)-- but, more significantly, they are the two most commonly misspelled names entered in Google searches! That means they both have funny names (?), AND that an awful lot of people are looking for information about the two of them. It's pretty obvious why people might be looking for news and pictures of JLo-- she's a STAR, after all. But Shakespeare? Why bother with some really old dude, NOT a star, just a playwright?

I'll bet you know more about JLo than you know about old Will-- but you're going to need information about him when Carey Perloff calls you and makes you the offer of your theatrical career!
