DRAMA CLUB = 
• a fun way to get involved in the Jordan
Drama Program
• a troupe of the International
Thespian Society: #88306.
• Students earn membership through participation in after-school
productions, seeing shows, & classroom performance.
• meetings every WEDNESDAY during
LUNCH in
ROOM B-3.
• club business, preparation for shows, and Drama Games!
•
official sponsor of all After-School Productions, including a
Fall
Musical, a Winter Play, and a Drama Club Play. Students help
select the
plays,
and support productions with fund-raisers and
sweat equity. In
turn, they earn points toward full Thespian
membership or honors.
•
Fun(d) Raisers: Flowers for cast or crew at shows;
Open Mic nights;
Improv Comedy Sports Fest; and Val-Grams
• Fun
Things: Middle School Drama Fest in
Sacramento;
dinner and awards ceremony in May;
Stage Combat workshops;
and
a plaque for the Best Overall Thespian on display in the front
office (see list of past recipients below).
