Welcome to the Home Page of Leslie Goldman


Although I qualify as a mature person, my frequent association with middle and high school age children has compelled me to remain young at heart, even a little wacko! In my former life before I returned to work and had a house full of teenagers, I used to plan elegant dinner parties, run in marathons, and have a social life. Now I enjoy quick cappucinos in the mornings, dinners with my husband in the evening, running, swimming, and afternoon walks with friends. I have recently revitalized my personal art portfolio, and am trying to make time for my own drawing and painting.

Believe it or not, teaching art is one of my favorite activities. Much of the artwork that I create relates to some kind of curriculum that I will use in the classroom. It is a continual journey to improve my teaching pedagogy and promote the value of art education.
