| I think that the Stainless Garden is beautiful in it's own way. The Cubic shapes make it look like something from the future, it inspires imagination. I don't understand how it looks like a garden, because when I picture a garden, I see flowers and plants, whereas this is only metal. It does remind me of some oddly shaped city buildings, or a creative park bench. I'm sure that if you asked every person who walked by this sculpture what they thought it looked like, you would get a different answer every time. This is an interesting sculpture to sit and ponder over, it's so geometric even though it's not symmetrical. It has a graceful balance to it, all of the shapes are similar, only they are used and stretched differently. It does have some negative space around the step like forms and there is a great deal of light reflection from the stainless steel surface. This sculpture has an emphasis on cube forms that is very intriguing. | |||
