| Before the Shot, by Norman Rockwell | Christina's World, by Andrew Wyeth | Nighthawks, by Edward Hopper |
| All my pictures are slices of "Americana life" in the early 20th century. Although none of the paintings are by the same artist, they are all pictures of normal things in the 1920's; a frightful trip to the doctor's office, a women struggling in life, and a almost empty diners. The longer I looked at "Christinas World" and "Nighthawks" the more I disliked the mood they gave me. But I always liked "Before the Shot," it is more joyful and kind of cute. | ||
