In this piece of art, a bunch of simple and odd shapes are combined to make a lovely abstraction of a women that’s encircled by a bird.  The colors in this painting are mostly primary colors with black. Miro tends to have a lot of circles and geometric shapes that are connected with straight and curved lines.  My other museum choices are basic relief sculptures and this one is a painting - this makes it not compare very well.  Also it is abstract surrealism where as the two sculptures are realistic.  However I really enjoyed this painting and wanted to include it.
