As you can see from the title and the background, this picture is in the desert because of it’s golden color and there are no plants or cool colors like green, and blue. Also you can only see a rocky background with very few dead, dried plants. Also the shadows in this picture tells you where the sun is coming. The sun is coming from the right of the picture because the shadow of the mage is going to the left which means the sun is from the right. Also there are shadows at the bottom of the hills, shadows found in the crevices of the rocky mountains and ones created by the horse and the dragon. This picture is evil because first of all the eyes of the dragon and the horse are yellowish-green and red which are usually signs of evil. The head and faces of all pictures really show its nature. You can just see that the face of the dragon and the horse is evil. It is hard to explain in words. Now the other character is the mage. First you probably didn’t see that the person was a magician, but if you look closely to the out stretched arm, you see a yellow glow around his hand-a sign of magic. Also it is emphasized by the cloak surrounding his whole body and his face with only the tip of his nose shown. Movement in this picture is easily seen because of the horse running and the wind in the air shown by the magicians cloak wavering in the wind. The lines show the parched up ground, the crevices in the mountain, the boulders, the muscle anatomy of the horse and the scales of the dragon. The first thing you probably noticed in this picture was probably the 3 characters because of their color contrast to the desert yellow background.
