Mobile Cart Sign up Calendar

There are seven portable MacBook labs available for checkout.Each may be checked out for a minumum of one day at a time to a maximum of one week. If you wish to sign up for one day a week, it may not be for more than two months, and you must be willing to share the cart on that day.
Portable lab "x" has 10 MacBooks System OX 10.5 7/8 Grade classes except Science
Portable lab "E" has 15 MacBooks System OX 10.4 7/8 Grade classes except Science
Portable lab "F" has 15 MacBooks System OX 10.4 7/8 Grade classes except Science
Portable lab "G" has 16 MacBooks System OX 10.5 7/8 Grade classes except Science
Portable lab "H" has 15 MacBooks System OX 10.5 ALL Classes
Portable lab "I" has 15 MacBooks System OX 10.5 ALL Classes
MM Cart has 7 laptops, 7 camcorders, 7 tripods, 7 mics, 1 500GB - HD ALL Classes
Contact David Ky to sign up for the lab and to make arrangements to pick up the lab. The mini labs must be returned to him at the end of the last day that you scheduled to use it. Also, the lab must be returned on Fridays for secure weekend storage EVEN if you have checked out the lab for the following week
More Rules: you MUST use a sign out sheet to keep track of ALL students using the laptops. Also if a laptop has a problem-REPORT it to Sam. Prior to using laptops you need to inform your students about the Computer User rules and contract that they all signed.
