About Ms. Kandil

 
 

I grew up in Egypt and moved to the United States fifteen years ago.  I  am a civil engineer, decided to become a teacher, and got my credentials at San Jose State. I love the creative side behind teaching and use a lot of technology projects in my class. The engineering side of me influences my projects in a certain direction where students design, build , and see their ideas come to life.  I like incorporating poetry, art, and technology in my Math and Science curriculums. In my leisure time , I like to take photos.  I  take pictures of different subjects such as scenery, people, different cultures, and I love macro photography as well. I had a couple of photography exhibits around Palo Alto and Menlo Park.
